1200 Techniques
1200 Techniques were an Australian hip hop group from Melbourne, Victoria. They formed in 1997, released two LPs and split up in 2005.
They came to popular attention in 2001 with their track Hard as Hell which received regular airplay on Triple J. Their first album "Choose One" was released in 2002 and was followed by several nationwide tours. This helped to not only increase their profile across the country, but that of the fledgeling Australian hip hop industry itself. The first single from this album was "Karma", which reached the top 40 of the Australia ARIAnet singles chart.
DJ Peril and N'Fa have both gone on to make solo careers. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
